I am the bible worker for the Lamar Seventh-day Adventist church in Lamar, Colorado. I am currently involved in a lot of volunteer work within the Lamar community. I have been praying that God would open doors for me to meet more people and become more involved in sharing God's love with them and He has answered me in a big way. I currently volunteer in these ways. . .
Monday morning group Bible study with several people at a local housing complex
Tuesday morning group Bible study with several people at the local senior center
Wednesday lunch hour concert for 40 - 50 people at the local senior center
Wednesday morning worship service fo 30 - 40 residents and staff at the local nursing home
Thursdays visit various church/community members with a church member
Various individual Bible studies
Various coorespondence based Bible studies
Care of 2 literature boxes that have distributed hundreds of items
Weekday afternoons tutor several teens and interact with 40 - 50 teens for a couple hours per day at the local teen center
1 week per month I deliver meals on wheels to 20 people
I have read scripture for a city-wide non-denominational easter service
Member of the local ministerial alliance
Have been a guest speaker at the local community college campus Bible study
